In the party industry we are all about visual inspiration and Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest are key to sharing beautiful photography/ videography, new ideas and staying connected. It’s not enough to just have an account, you need to be active daily and build your “followers” so your brand is growing and continuously reaching new audiences. 2. Grow existing clients
Your client base is your biggest asset and repeat business is profitable business. Sometimes we overlook what’s right in front of us while we are looking to gather new clients into the fold. My investment in my existing clients is key to my marketing strategy; as I help them sell more product by supporting their business, delivering new design ranges each year they can stock, or developing new imagery to capture their customers’ attention. Supporting customers in your client base where you have existing relationships is a simple way to increase your revenue
Personal recommendations are the most powerful selling power you can have. People trust people they know more than any other form of marketing, and you just have to sit back and let your service or product sell itself! There are a number of ways of capturing these pearls of prosperity; ask your happy customer to write a review on your website or comment on your social media page, start a friends referral program, reshare photos they have posted tagging your product and create a video with your customer to help others understand why buying from you is a must.
4. CRM database
Growing your business means growing your database with quality contacts that; enquire on your website, send you emails, come to events or call you. Staying in contact with people who are interested in your business means your brand is working for you. A CRM database will give you the quick wins you need to grow and increase revenue.
5. Collaborate and Network
The party industry is filled with amazingly talented people and when they are able to combine all their products, skills and talent are it will take your breath away! Networking events are a great way to expand your community and be apart of new opportunities. They also allow you to step outside and put faces to names rather than dealing with email addresses and phone numbers.
